Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase, each Xiao Wang piece is handmade in New York City, we take great care in making our jewelry. Because our pieces are handmade and made to order, all jewelry is final sale and we do not accept exchanges. However, we are happy to make some slight adjustments for resizing, additional fees may apply, please email us at info@xiaowangnyc.com for more information.
Shipping
Please make sure you give us the correct shipping information. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. If an item is in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking number. All packages will require a signature confirmation.
At this time we offer limited international shipping to outside of US. Any additional tax, customs and import duties required by your country is the customer's responsibility. All items will be shipped with a clear invoice declaring the purchased item value in US dollars.
Repairs
For all repair and resizing inquiries, please email info@xiaowangnyc.com. Please include your purchase order number, a clear photo of the damage item, your full name and description of the item. Repair and shipping charge will apply. In most cases it will take 2-4 weeks for service, and we will do our best to assist you.
